Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

All the products on display are handmade. As such, it is not possible to guarantee that they are always exactly the same as depicted in the image. Much of the charm and value of these products comes from the fact that manual work is unrepeatable and unique, as well as from the quality of the materials we use.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After you place an order on the Iris Store, you get a confirmation email that includes your order number and receipt.

How can I return an item?

You can return most items you bought from the Iris Store within 15 calendar days after the day you receive it. Returns are subject to the standard return policy

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

When an item is out of stock, we may offer the option to receive notifications when it's back in stock. If this is available for an item, the Iris store product details page will display a notify me when it's back button.

Additionally you can recieve an email regarding the availability of the product that you desire.
